APRIM Since its creation has always been committed to offering its customers a complete service. Therefore, the company has acquired a new technology that enables APRIM to offer 3D printing Prototyping. As everyone knows Printing 3 D one of the emerging technologies in the industry today. Our company has never been afraid of innovation or new technology. In our DNA has always been the R & D + i.

From now we offer this new service that will improve the service we APRIM grants and above the SATISFACTION OF OUR CLIENTS.

3D PRINTING

APRIM now offers a new activity to our customers. 3D printing prototyping. With this new activity we continue to expand our full-service commitment. From now on we are able to get prototypes from plane. This will help our customers get a prototype of a new part saving manufacturing cost and time.

What materials we offer?

This is the material used in the cars bodywork, household appliances and mobile housings. They belong to the thermoplastic family but contain a base of elastomers based on polybutadiene which makes them more flexible and impact resistant.
Objects polyamides are generally made from a thin, granular white powder using the selective laser sintering (SLS) technology, but some families of this material, such as nylon, are presented in the filament form and are used with the fused deposition modeling (FDM)technique.
Unlike the ABS, this polymer (polylactic acid) is biodegradable because it is made from renewable raw materials (corn starch). One of its main features is its slight shrinkage after 3D printing, why hot platforms are not required for printing using fused deposition modeling (FDM) (to 185C) and better precision parts are obtained.

3D printing is a group of addition manufacturing technology where a three dimensional object  is created by superimposing successive layers of material. 3D printers are generally faster, cheaper and easier to use than other manufacturing technologies, although like any industrial process, will be subject to a compromise between their purchase price and tolerance in measurements of objects produced. 3D printers offer product developers the ability to print parts and assemblies made of different materials with different physical and mechanical properties, often with a simple assembly process. Advanced 3D printing technologies, may even offer models that can serve as product prototypes.
